Google Play – Deactivation.

Please email [email protected] providing the following:

1. Username
2. Email address (used to create the account)
3. Forename and surname
4. DOB (this is used to verify your identity)
5. Reason for cancelling your account (please don’t hold back)

Upon confirmation of your identity, we will delete your account.
This will include the removal of your personal information from our system.

We will keep all usage data. This will be anonymised.

We will endeavour to complete this process within 20 working days of your request.

Once completed, we will confirm directly with you using the email address you have used to contact us.
