Our Lite version gives you full moveability, but limited access to the features that enhance your experience. Every Zen Stage owner has the option to receive the Lite version free of software fees – This is a lifetime membership.
Only Enhanced users will gain access to more premium content.
We constantly strive to provide the best product to all users. As such, any bugs we find or if we receive any feedback from our users, we’ll always look to implement them on all app versions.

If you have a Wi-Fi control system, then you’ll still be required to purchase the upgrade package before we can start the trial.
For trials, you’ll still need to enter a valid payment method to sign up on our website. We’ll use this to confirm your country or region and take payments if you want to remain Enhanced after the offer ends.
We’ll send you a reminder 7 days before your trial ends. Country restrictions and Terms apply.
If you already have a Zen Stage and it has a Bluetooth enabled control system, then your subscription will start as soon as payment has been processed! You will just need to update the app in Google Play and the new features will be available immediately.
If you have a Wi-Fi control system, then you’ll need to purchase the upgrade package to enable our app to talk to your control system via your facility internet. This will be shipped 2-3 days from purchase.
If you are in the process of ordering a Zen Stage, then your subscription starts at the time of installation. Payment for this can be included in your invoice for your Zen Stage.
Your subscription is for each individual Zen Stage you own. Please note that Zen Green Stage and Zen Swing Stage are separate apps, which require separate subscriptions. We do however offer a discount for multistage owners, please get speak to our sales team for more information.
The Wi-Fi upgrade kit has a cost attached to it, but when you sign up to the enhanced software, we offer a discount to cover the costs to you! As an early adopter of the Zen Stage, we want to give you the best experience and continue our support for your system.
Yes, but we won’t be able to provide support of the system. To help us help you, please sign up, even if just to the Lite version.
You can cancel for a full refund up to 30 days into your subscription. After this point if you wish to cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund, and the Enhanced subscription will stop at the end of the term. The app will then reset to Lite version.

Yes, hard work shouldn’t be forgotten! We will keep hold of your playlists for 12 months, should you wish to return to the Enhanced subscription.
The subscription will automatically renew for each subsequent year.

Sometimes there are things out of our control, and we may need to change our subscription fees. In such case, we will first provide you with at least 60 days’ written notice of our intention.
During this period, you can get in touch and let us know if you don’t wish to continue after a price change. Just speak to our team at [email protected].
